On the picturesque day of Saturday, 2 April, 2022, Tarryn & Murray’s Wedding was celebrated at the Blue Creek Weddings and Functions venue in Stellenbosch.

The festivities commenced as Tarryn & Murray, accompanied by their bridal parties, prepared for the momentous occasion at the charming Sunset Farm, situated conveniently at the neighbouring farm.

The entire wedding unfolded under the open sky, embraced by the captivating gardens that grace the venue’s landscape.

Ceremony

As guests arrived to Tarryn & Murray’s Wedding, they were welcomed by bottles of water on ice. Guests were seated upon rustic wooden cross-back chairs, seamlessly blending with the natural environment. Evidently, the aisle, adorned with bohemian-inspired carpets, provided the path for Tarryn’s graceful entrance. Equally, an enduring arch enveloped in lush greenery formed the backdrop as the couple exchanged their heartfelt vows.

Pre-drinks

The prelude to the main event unfolded on the verdant lawn adjoining the reception and ceremony areas. A lavish harvest table, brimming with gourmet delights, awaited the guests to indulge in. Certainly, Tarryn & Murray’s Wedding had another little twist, which was the cake-cutting ceremony during pre-drinks, drawing all attendees together to share in this joyous moment. Hence, the cake was expertly presented, disappearing to the last crumb. Live melodies filled the air, enhancing the relaxed and joyful ambiance. Correspondingly, thoughtfully placed lounge pockets and cocktail furniture contributed to the comfort and style of the space.

Reception

Additionally, the reception unfolded on the lawn adjacent to the veranda, a carefully curated area that continued the aesthetic of the day. Live food stations, adorned with verdant accents, delighted guests with an array of culinary experiences. Lounge pockets and cocktail furniture were seamlessly integrated, offering cozy spaces for mingling. Furthermore, this innovative cocktail-style celebration added a distinct and joyful touch to the festivities, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
